URBAN MAINTENANCE

Municipal public administrations for the entities appointed to look after the local area have to optimise resources as well as increase the quality of the services provided.

KIRETI Smart City enables maintenance processes to be optimised, streamlining their management and planning.

WHO IT IS FOR

MAIN SYSTEM FUNCTIONS

WORKSTATION

KIRETI Smart City for urban maintenance offers the user 4 separate macro-areas to work on:

  • NON-CATEGORISED REPORTS: Gathers citizens’ reports regarding neglect, malfunctions and inefficiencies that require action. The person in charge assesses and manages them, assigning the requests to be dealt with to specific contractors.

  • CURRENT CONTRACTS: Allows maintenance requests to be monitored, analysed and ranked; assignment of worksheets and service-level agreements (SLA) to providers and monitoring of work progress until their completion is certified by way of certified e-mail exchange.

  • ARCHIVED CONTRACTS: Manages the archiving of all data regarding completed contracts.

  • MAP: Allows for geolocalised monitoring of actions and providers in the area.

MAINTENANCE APP FUNCTIONS

The KIRETI Smart City platform is linked to a mobile application to facilitate the exchange of information between the project manager and the on-site maintenance, close monitoring of the work and reduction in administration costs.

THE MAINTENANCE APP, BESIDES ITS AFOREMENTIONED
WORKSTATION FUNCTIONS, ALSO ENABLES THE CONTRACTOR TO:
  • Check the job details by viewing information about the maintenance site, the priority level, the job completion date and the documents attached as text files and images.

  • Accept the job, having checked the details and reached the site indicated. The maintenance worker can send notice of job commencement to the Sole Project Manager, which will be automatically saved on the system together with the information regarding the GPS coordinates of the mobile device and the date and time the notice was sent.

  • Share the documentation as an image or text regarding the work phases and technical details should unforeseen circumstances arise or the job cannot be completed.

  • Mark the job as complete or suspended. Once completed, a job completion request can be sent to the Public Administration Sole Project Manager. Before confirming completion or suspension, the PM will check that the times and methods set out by the Service Order for the job have been observed.
